Quiche with goat cheese and beans




150 g flour

100 g ghee or butter

pinch of salt


1 bell pepper

1/3 leek

5-6 sundried tomatoes

3 eggs

250 ml cream

100 g cheese

1 package goat cheese

1 package red beans

tomato paste and/or salsa

salt, pepper


Mix the dough ingredients and squeeze it in a pan. Bake in an oven for 10-15 minutes 175 C.

Heat the chopped leek and pepper in the frying pan. Chop tomatoes. Stir the eggs, add the cream, salt-pepper. Squeeze the beans and mix a few spoons of tomato paste. Add to the egg mixture.

Add the filling to the dough - leeks, pepper, sun dried tomatoes, cheese, chopped goat cheese and egg-bean mixture. Bake in the oven until the quiche is golden brown. Add fresh salad next to it.
