* Choose your products from online store and add them to your shopping cart.

* Change the amont if necessary and choose the transport (add your phone number, it is necessary for Omniva parcel machine)

* Be careful when placing an order, check your contact information. 

* Placing the order! From that moment on the order is submitted, but it will be carried out when the payment is received. You will have an automatic order confirmation on your e-mail. You can make the payment according to that, don't forget to add the ordering number.

* If the goods ordered can not be sent to the contracting authority in connection with the expiration of the goods or for any other reason, the buyer will be informed as soon as possible and the money paid is returned and the cost of delivery of the goods not later than within 14 days after the notice is sent.

* The prices in online store are EUR and include VAT. You can pay by bank transfer for your purchase. You have 3 days to pay for your purchase. The order will be cancelled if the payment won't be received. 


* If it turns out that the purchased item is not suitable for some reason, then it will be possible to return it within 14 days.

* The returned product must be unused and in its original packaging. The cost of returning the goods is paid by the contracting authority. The return shipping cost is not paid for ordered goods.

* Please send the inappropriate product to Niidi, Nõrava village, Kose municipality or Omniva Kose parcel machine. 


* The seller returns the price paid for the goods to the customer immediately after the order was canceled or returned, at the latest within 14 days after the order was canceled or the receipt of the returned goods to the indicated bank account.


* We will send the order within 2 business days from the receipt of the payment.

* We deliver the goods using the Omniva Package Service to the post office and the Omniva Parcel Machines.

* When the goods arrive, the post office will issue a notice of receipt of the package.


* Personal data entered by the buyer (including name, telephone number, address, e-mail address) is used only to process the order and send the goods to the buyer. We will provide personal information to the transport company for delivery. The seller does not disclose the information he or she has received to a third party.
